Where to Tea Party In Oregon

teapartyhq

The right hasn't had much to party about recently in Oregon or nationally as of late. But to the dismay of many on the left, this Wednesday, April 15, FreedomWorks will host 500 Tea Party events nationwide, including at 19 locations in Oregon, to protest how the feds have handled corporate and mortgage bailouts, the debt caused by the stimulus package, and the potential deficit caused by President Obama's budget.

Wanna check one of the "parties" out? The rally on the north steps of the Oregon Capitol building in Salem runs from 11 am to 2 pm and features Republican lawmakers such as Senate Minority Leader Ted Ferrioli, House Minority Leader Bruce Hanna, along with Sens. Larry George and Jason Atkinson.

In Portland, the Tea Party rally will be held at the Main Post Office from 3 pm to 7:30 pm.
