The "Happiness" Index: Oregon Isn't

Another day, another survey. And sorry to risk ruining this sunny April day, but this analysis channeling household income, debt, employment and foreclosures puts Oregon so dead last among the 50 states that we're 51st (the survey includes Washington DC).

One cautionary note from my own brief experience driving through Nebraska in the winter: There's no way those folks can be the happiest damn people in America.
