Getting Fat on Fat Tuesday: Free Pancakes!

Okay, so we're not exactly chain restaurant fans, but for today, National Pancake Day, we will make an exception. And in honor of Fat Tuesday, it is also incumbent upon us to expand our waistlines.

From 7 am to 10 pm tonight, IHOP will be giving away free short stacks of their buttermilk pancakes! All they ask in return is that you consider donating to support local children's hospitals through the Children's Miracle Network. Hurray for children! Hurray for strawberry short stacks! Maybe I will get a funnel cake, too. Because I'm making the drive out there anyway, you understand.
