Courtney Cleared by Colleagues

A few days back, Senate President Peter Courtney (D-Salem) faced this complaint alleging a conflict of interest on a vote dealing with Western Oregon University.

Yesterday, a Senate committee of Democrats and Republicans said Courtney broke no rules.
