In Bruges may be interested to learn that the country submitted its own "two guys getting into trouble" movie for Oscar consideration. It's called
Eldorado and follows a car dealer and the junkie who tries to rob him on an absurd road trip. It plays at the Broadway Metroplex next Saturday, Sunday, and Tuesday as part of the Portland International Film Festival.
