New Report Disputes Claims that Oregon is Anti-Business

Since a majority of Oregon voters approved personal and corporate income tax increases in January, there's been a lot of discussion about whether Oregon's tax climate is driving businesses out of the state.

A group of local business people have produced a new report on that question, highlighted in Steve Duin's Oregonian column today.
