Oregon
may not be a battleground state this year, but it turns out Portland will receive a presidential candidate before Election Day. Independent candidate Ralph Nader is in Oregon today—one of the 45 states where he'll appear on the ballot—and will stop by the Rose City tonight.
He'll appear at the Bagdad Theater & Pub, where he'll host a press conference and rally, slated to begin at 7:15 pm and 7:30 pm, respectively.
According to the campaign's
press release , Nader will touch on topics ranging from the economic crisis to "the fraudulent Commission on Presidential Debates which excludes alternative voices from participating."
