UPDATE: SHE WON!!! WW talks to the Winner of Project Runway, Portland's own Leanne Marshall!

UPDATE: It's 10 pm on Wednesday, Oct. 15 and Leanimal...oops...excuse us....Leanne Marshall has just won Project Runway. And, frankly, she deserved it. A couple of days ago WW talked to Leanne Marshall. At the time she wouldn't give up the big secret, but when she said she was moving to New York, well....we'll just let her speak for herself. Below is our previous post and her interview.

The buzz around the fashion world is that Portland Oregon's very own Leanne Marshall just might do the impossible, and become the next winner of Project Runway.

While we will have to wait until Wednesday ( 9 pm, BRAVO-TV ) to see if Leanne actually wins the whole thing, you don't have to wait to hear what she has to say about the show.

In an telephone interview with Willamette Wee k from her cozy Portland apartment prior to returning to New York for the post-finale show, Marshall talked to us about getting recognized in Portland, why she is relocating to New York, how she's a bit tired of eating grilled cheese sandwiches, who should be the next Portland designer on Project Runway , and what designer best "moments" didn't make the show (Kenley really is that bratty).
