Ralph Nader Wants Portland's Vote

He's lurking. The people love him. He's spoiling for another fight. And he's coming back to Portland.

Ralph Nader's 2008 presidential campaign is descending on Stumptown in just under three weeks. He'll speak at Portland's Benson Polytechnic High School on May 13 at 7:30 pm.

So far his 2008 run isn't affiliated with any party. But that never mattered to us mavericks in Oregon. And Portland, the city that helped launch his 2000 Democratic presidential bid, can be counted on to have Nader's back.
