Portland Contestants Sent Home from America's Got Talent

Sally Cohn leaving America's Got Talent
Both of the Portland contestants who made it past the initial rounds of NBC's America's Got Talent were eliminated last night. Neither the family tap act Hot Shot Dancers nor the oddly compelling 75-year-old handwhistler Sally Cohn could beat out sick kids, a Bieber-haired singer and glow-in-the-dark fratboys to win the hearts of America's couch potatoes. Gone also are Seattle air-guitar rockers Airpocalypse, sexy painter Maricar and martial-arts act Kung Fu Heroes. It looks like this season of AGT, thus far the weirdest and most compelling of the show's history, is about to get a lot less interesting. Here are Cohn and Hot Shop Taps's last performances on the show.
