Portland Fashion Week, Night #2: Getting It Together

Despite all the hype, PFW's opening night was quite lackluster. Yes, the Shipping Yard on Swan Island was seemingly at-capacity and an innovative venue, but in the end, it was an odd, desolate arena for the mix of people and events that took place.
