Marc Maron

PENELOPE BASS
7:30 pm., Sunday May 12 | Free.
Powell's City of Books
1005 W Burnside St.

Stand-up comedian Marc Maron began hosting the twice weekly podcast WTF in 2009 and has since interviewed every actor, comedian, musician or author with anything remotely interesting to say. His anger and intelligence blend in just the right combination to create a “comedy legend,” as he’s been described. But if VH1 has taught us anything, there is a dark side to the story. Exploring a life of addiction, failure and love, Maron will read from his (still very funny) memoir Attempting Normal.
