[PORTLAND MUSIC LESSON] Three generations of local rock heroes perform tonight in the induction ceremony for the Oregon Music Hall of Fame, which also serves as a benefit for music education. The mighty Americana of Richmond Fontaine has won it a place in the Hall’s class of 2013 (other inductees this year include Hazel, Poison Idea, bluesman Kelly Joe Phelps and trumpeter Chris Botti). Fontaine shares the stage tonight with ’80s hit makers and charter Hall of Famers Quarterflash and a special 50th-anniversary performance by the Kingsmen of the song that first put Portland on the musical map, “Louie Louie.”
