To be eligible for a Skidmore Prize all nominees must:
• Work for a charitable non-profit, 501(c)3 organization that focuses on the Portland Metro community
• Work full-time for this organization (minimum of 30 hours per week)
• Have worked at this organization for at least 1 year
• Exhibit a long term commitment to working in the non-profit sector
