This Saturday, May 16 HIV-positive individuals from across Oregon will gather in the Park Blocks downtown at Shemanski Fountain to say “Screw Stigma.” The event has been titled Project 150+ and hopes to make it easier for some of the estimated 7000 people living with HIV in Oregon, to disclose their HIV-positive status in a safe, supportive environment. Screw Stigma At Annual AIDS Walk

The 23rd Annual Aids Walk Portland on Oct. 11 will include 100 HIV-positive men, women and children wearing red shirts that read "Screw Stigma!" The Screw Stigma team for the Oct. 11 walk starting at Pioneer Square comes from Project 150+, a group dedicated to getting everybody to aceept openly HIV-positive people.
