A former Reed College student who was turned in by the school's administration for trafficking drugs was back in court this morning facing new charges. Prosecutors say Rich Hubbard, a 22-year-old originally from North Carolina, violated his probation when he was caught blowing a red light a block from campus May 10 with ecstasy in his car.
