MAY 17: Wok This Way Singles Cooking Class

Learn the wonders of Chinese wok cooking. The wok is a very versatile piece of cooking equipment, and we will show you how to stir-fry, steam, smoke, deep-fry and braise using a wok. All the while you will be creating an incredible Chinese feast to be shared at the end of class. You will also learn how to properly season, clean, and care for your wok.
