Nectar

3350 NE Sandy Blvd., 971-703-4777; 1019 NE 122nd Ave., 971-279-2512; 4125 N Mississippi Ave., 206-4818; The Pharm Shoppe at 10931 SW 53rd Avenue; nectarpdx.com.

Nectar's burgeoning empire bought up its newest fourth location in the southwestern corner of Multnomah County, the dispensary formerly known as Pharm Shoppe. While the Southwest store has the best possible location poised to capitalize on suburban traffic from Washington and Clackamas counties, it's also nestled amid a gaggle of—and I'll quote Nectar's charming attendant here—"jack shacks," where thoughtful husbands can have lingerie modeled for them to make sure they fit properly before being gifted to their wives. The interior, as at all Nectar locations, is neat and tidy and extremely well-stocked with edibles, concentrates and assorted amenities. The bud is consistent with Nectar's tight quality-control standards, and the service reflects the mini-chain's well-considered positioning as an industry leader. With a one-stop-shop theme, quality wares, and convenient locations, Nectar is fast becoming the Freddy's of cannabis.
