If you're pining for pasta, you can't satisfy your hunger more thriftily anywhere else. The meat lovers' special ($7) tops a deep bowl of spaghetti with a thick marinara sauce and two hefty, fennel-flavored meatballs or Italian sausages. More expensive items, like the lackluster Chicken Parmesan ($13), aren't worth the extra bucks. All entrees include fresh bread and either soup, a tossed green salad or one of the best Caesars east of the Willamette. (JD)
