Skip to main contentRun by the same folks as the ever-awesome New Old Lompoc, this well-heeled cousin of the Slabtown stalwart has the makings of a North Portland oasis with its massive outdoor seating area and surprisingly diverse menu. But the atmosphere is consistently marred by service that pushes the boundary between apathetic and rude, keeping the Quadrant from greatness. If the staff's attitudes were half as good as the beer and food, the place would be hard to beat.
