Owner Michael Martinez has sold the business to Don Morris, who plans to reopen the restaurant as Cafe Cubano. A shame—no one else in town does a halfway decent green chile stew. More bad news for North Portlanders: Roux, Dwayne Beliakoff's acclaimed Creole joint, is planning to move from North Killingsworth Street to Northwest—specifically the building at 321 NW Glisan St.—in late 2009.
