We must admit, we are proud of the work we do. We’re a small and scrappy staff that believes deeply that a community’s health is directly connected to the accuracy and fairness and thoroughness of local journalism.
While we strive for excellence in everything we do, whether it be our culture reviews, our podcast or our annual philanthropic effort, we’re particularly proud of our investigative and watchdog work, the kind of reporting that changes the trajectory of public life in this great city, in ways both large and small.
Help us deliver local, independent journalism that matters by becoming a Friend of Willamette Week.
Just in the past several weeks, here is some of the work we have been proud to publish, work you will not find anywhere else.
