Portland City Council Votes to Limit Fees Third Party Delivery Services Can Charge Restaurants

Effectively immediately, third party delivery apps an services cannot charge restaurants more than 5% in commission fees if the third party service is delivering, and 10% if the restaurant is delivering.

Oregon Legislators Have Rejected a Bill That Would Have Regulated the Home Delivery of Alcohol

House Bill 4117 would have authorized customers of third-party food delivery companies such as Caviar and UberEats to order beer, wine and cider. It was sponsored by Rep. Margaret Doherty (D-Tigard).
