You Can Get Slurpees and Chicken for Free Today

Visit 7-Eleven and Chick-fil-A for both.

It’s July 11th, which means Free Slurpee Day at 7-Eleven is upon us.

Walking into any 7-Eleven  between 11 am and 7 pm will net you one free slurpee and some guaranteed likes on social media. It's also 7-Eleven's 90th birthday, which means new slurpee flavors and commemorative cups are upon us.

The company is also celebrating its old age by making the entire week Slurpee-themed. If you buy seven slurpees from the 12th through the 18th and log it on the official 7-Eleven  app, you get 11 more free slurpees!

Diabetics, cower in fear.

If liquid sugar isn’t your cup o’ tea, chicken chain Chick-fil-A celebrates “Cow Appreciation Day” until 7 pm. Sure, their CEO is notoriously against same-sex marriage and reportedly donated thousands of dollars to anti-LGBTQ groups. But consider: their chicken sandwiches are pretty good.

If you looked out the window this morning and thought, "Time to compromise my morality and throw my gay brothers and sisters under the bus," then it's a perfect time to dress like a cow and get a free entree. Or maybe stick to the slurpee.

Seriously, though. You have to wear cow-related apparel to get your food. As if supporting “the Biblical definition of a family unit” wasn’t enough.

We won't judge you either way. Promise.
