Bragdon Family Circus

Metro Council President David Bragdon is taking locals on a transportation tour. We'd rather visit some other hot spots with Davy.

What better way to spend a glorious Saturday morning than by skipping in the sunshine with Metro Council President David Bragdon? On Saturday, March 21, Bragdon will lead a 4T (trail, trolley, tram and train) walk, starting from the World Forestry Center. The walk is part of a series organized by the Bicycle Transportation Alliance to raise awareness of public transportation, inspired by Metro's new book Walk There!: 50 Treks In and Around Portland and Vancouver. Well, Council Crest and the zoo are pretty picturesque, but there are other interesting spots WW would rather visit to get acquainted with our Council prez (and potential mayoral candidate at some point). Here are some of our faves!

GO: 4T Walk with Metro Council President David Bragdon starts at the World Forestry Center, 4033 SW Canyon Road. 10 am-noon Saturday, March 21. Free. For info, to download walks from the book, or to learn where to pick up a free copy of Walk There!, visit oregonmetro.gov
