Drink 2008

Whether it's packed with rowdy summer softball players (including the bar's championship team) or dotted with tired blokes slouching at the bar, you'd be hard pressed to find a friendlier bar than the Slammer. Plopped on the weird convergence of Southeast Stark Street, 8th Avenue and Sandy Boulevard, Slammer's the kind of place that's slightly different every time you go in. But even if there are new video games and TVs, one thing's certain—the door on the bathroom is still nonexistent, and you'll probably hug the bartender before leaving.
Perfect Patron: Bruce Banner—even his furious green anger would subside in this peppy dive. (APK)

HAPPY HOUR 5-7 PM MONDAY-FRIDAY.

GAMES (PINBALL, ARCADE GAMES), VIDEO POKER, OUTDOOR SEATING, TV, JUKEBOX.
