Each February our Pet Pageant, sponsored by community staple Dove Lewis, opens to Portlanders looking to collect on their pets fame-worthy looks. Subsequently, we are inundated with photos of the city’s cutest pets, who are all—in our books—winners. Alas, we must choose title winners. Here are this year’s.
