WOODY LIKES THREESOMES: The World Affairs Council of Oregon screens Woody Allen's Vicky Cristina Barcelona, a film not nearly so salacious as its premise (Rebecca Hall and Scarlett Johansson both get it on with Javier Bardem), in the Washington Park Amphitheater. Before the movie, La Guardia Civil, the party ensemble of local Spanish band Al-Andalus, will perform tangos, rumbas and pasodobles.
