The assorted appetizers platter ($9.50) is a meal in itself. But if you still have room for entrees, chicken and green beans with black-bean garlic sauce ($8.50) packs a bite, as does the sizzling seafood platter ($9.50) of scallops, squid, shrimp and vegetables. And don't forget to try any of the soups, especially the pho ($6.75), to warm you up on a cold night.
