This small, artsy Southeast restaurant deals in delicious creations only hinted at by the soups at its kickass downtown cart. Dip the signature fish-shaped sandwiches into a warm cup of vegan French lentil soup, and you'll get what's behind the name. Then wash down thin medallions of eggplant parmigiana ($12) with a nicely paired glass of M. Chapoutier Belleruche Cotes-du-Rhône wine ($6). (BV)
