Cheap Eats 2009

This funky old carriage house is home to tasty sweet and savory crêpes poured, stuffed and rolled in the Airstream out back. Tour de Crepes' tables are topped with old doors and the atmosphere is bus-your-own, kid-friendly. Not to say adults aren't key, especially with the 3-7 pm daily happy hour of $2.50 micros and $1 Hamm's. The smoked salmon, chèvre and mushroom crêpe ($8) is delicious and fills a big appetite. Beyond crêpes there are tasty salads ($7.25) and comfort foods like mac 'n' cheese ($4.50) and French onion soup ($3-$5). (LC)
