We love Zach, a Maryland émigré, for his outdoor ping-pong, tabletop Ms. Pac Man and killer tunes on the jukebox. But more than anything, the man fills our belly with cheap, mouthwatering hot dogs and local brews at all hours. Zach's favorite dog is, well, "Zach's Favorite" ($3.25), with brown mustard, red relish, sport peppers, onion and a coupla pickle slices. Our dog o' choice is the slightly modified Chicago Dog ($3.50), with a side of chili and cheddar fries ($4.50, not for the weak-hearted). (LK)
