The Pirate Moscow (dark rum, lime, sugar and Cock 'N Bull ginger beer) is a refreshing sipper, and its companion drink, the Dark and Stormy, packs a solid punch that will take you from sober to buzzed in a hot minute. While the servers may be inattentive, the drinks are worth the wait.
