Here's what we know about the Portland Music Awards: it's run by a shady dude (the shady Craig Marquardo), it's getting bigger every year, and someone convinced Daniel Baldwin to host the 2010 edition. The only other question that really matters: Who are you wearing? Back for the third year in a row, LocalCut reporter Jay Horton and Sarah Dylan (of the popular Funemployment Radio podcast) were at the "Pammys," and here's the first part of their red carpet coverage.
