Surfrider Foundation Benefit at Lizard Lounge

Untitled-2

Lizard Lounge continues its monthly First Thursday events with an evening of local food, beer, art, music, and goodwill. The Pearl District store hosts the Surfrider Foundation's 3rd annual benefit art show, featuring work by Northwest surfers. The Surfrider Foundation is a non-profit devoted to protecting oceans and is currently leading a campaign to ban single-use plastic grocery bags in Portland. Seattle singer-songwriter Ehren Ebbage will provide live music while Koi Fusion, Fifty Licks ice cream, Village Crepery, and Widmer Brothers brewery cater. As a bonus, all of Lizard Lounge's full priced clothing items will be 20% from 7-9 PM and 15% of the night's proceeds will benefit The Surfrider Foundation. Shopping for a worthy cause? Retail Therapist approves. Lizard Lounge, 1323 NW Irving St., (503) 416-7476. MAP
