Solidarity Saturday in Oregon for Wisconsin Public Employees

You might have heard about some protests in Wisconsin.

If you've been itching to feel that fervor in Oregon, you've now got your chance to show your solidarity with Wisconsin public employees by participating in a rally in Salem this Saturday, Feb. 26. This weekend's event is part of a nationwide campaign by MoveOn.org to stage demonstrations in all 50 states to protest Scott Walker, the union-busting Wisconsin governor.

The rally in Salem will be at the Capitol Building from noon to 3 pm. Demonstrators are encouraged to wear red and white, the team colors of the University of Wisconsin Badgers. Register for the Salem protest here, or visit the Facebook page for more information.
