The rebirth of Mio Gelato as a pizza chain continues. The first Morso, on NW 11th Avenue, has applied for its license.

See See Motor Coffee Company, a motorcycle-themed cafe, is adding beer.

Shanghai Noble House on Southwest Macadam Avenue is becoming Szechuan Chef Chinese Restaurant.

Agenda, a pleasant-seeming bar on Southeast 82nd Avenue I now regret having put off reviewing, is becoming The Strip.
