Portland Community College has named departing Multnomah County Chief Diversity and Equity Officer Daryl Dixon one of two finalists for its top diversity job.
Here's the announcement that went out to PCC faculty and staff today:
"The Equity/Inclusion Search Committee has recommended 2 candidates be forwarded as finalists for the position. They are: Daryl Dixon who is currently the Chief Diversity & Equity for Multnomah County; and John Yasutake who is currently the Conciliation Specialist for the U.S Department of Justice in Seattle."
The salary range for the position is $82,321 to $119,363 per year.
