Trailer of the Week: Midnight Meat Train

Those who have had the fortune to see this preview as a coming attraction at Cinema 21 know that the announcement of the film's title—delivered with all the deadpan gravitas the narrator can muster— never fails to elicit a hearty audience chuckle. The studio supposedly suggested a title change, but author Clive Barker was having none of it.

Maybe that's why Midnight Meat Train was canceled from its midnight engagement on Aug. 15 at Cinema 21. If that's not a crime against cinema, I don't know what is.
