Point Juncture, WA, sent us a leak from the band's upcoming Heart To Elk album back in January, and it was rad. Remember that? Well, I was kicking it on the YouTube (what can I say, I love kittens!) the other day and noticed that the Portland stalwarts of Sonic Youth-influenced soundtrack-rock had a grip of videos posted from a recent Mississippi Studios show.
This is cool for a few reasons. For one, Mississippi Studios is one of the best sounding and coziest venues in town. For, you know, two, we get to hear more tracks off Heart To Elk. And for three, I couldn't be at this show due to some probably lame engagement. So for those of us who couldn't get the live experience (kinda like Laser Pink Floyd without the lasers and uh, Pink Floyd), here's three of the eight videos from the series, direct from YouTube user djathens2. ENJOY!

The Kings Were Good:
Seems like Point Juncture is getting more comfortable with itself as a band as time goes on. Which is maybe less surprising than really, really promising. The rest of the videos can be found here.
