In less than a year, La Mota has broadened its reach beyond its two Portland locations to open dispensaries in Rockaway Beach and Roseburg in Southern Oregon, with plans for three more already in the works. There are no tropical plants or desert murals warming up the aesthetic at La Mota locations; the brand is all about professional presentation and friendly service. Its momentum could be due to its user-friendly online ordering system or its vertically integrated set-up, with over 40 strains of house-grown flower and $19-a-gram shatter made with trim from the house flower. In addition to that comprehensive menu, the wide variety of edibles includes Chill peppermint patties and medicated soda by the Canna Candy Co.
