Rip City Remedies

3325 SE Division St., 235-6000, ripcityremedies.org.

The Rip Stick—a joint rolled in BHO, wrapped in kief—brought me to the door, and the '90s styling made me feel young again. The edible selection was a relatively paltry three-rack fridge, though the "grab 'n' go" items like 1-gram joints and infused candies will make this shop popular with the recreational crowd looking to buy in small quantities. The decorations are more corporate '90s than retro cool, but it's not hurting anyone. They were nice enough to let me slide when I came up $5 short, as they were out of the smaller prerolls I wanted—I'll drop a $20 next time I go back for a Rip Stick, this time to share.
