Hey Steve, I'd LOVE to have that on there. We dug high and low for Pieces stuff, but couldn't find much in the way of discography or especially actual songs that we could hear. The best thing we came across was a YouTube video. The legend of that band seems to touch all of Portland throughout the '70s (as we mentioned in a recent headout piece about the rock and roll hall of fame), but there's very little evidence of 'em these days. I would really like to be able to hear 'em for myself. If anyone has leads to where to get an LP or bootleg cd or whatnot, please email me! cjarman at wweek dot com.
