After one bite of the vegetarian mole burrito ($4.75)-stuffed with pinto beans and topped with diced onions, cotija cheese, cilantro and an exquisite mole sauce-you'll wonder how such a titanic taste can come from a tiny kitchen at prices (tacos $1.50-$1.75) competitive with the Big Bell.
