Everything about the Detour Cafe is casual. The Stumptown coffee ($1) is self-serve and just strong enough. An orange-cinnamon scone ($2) is a perfect companion while you peruse the papers. And the Don ($8.50), a mountain of eggs, mushrooms, feta, onions, Italian sausage, avocado, tomato and basil squishing out of potato focaccia, will show you exactly why you don't mess with the Corleones.
