Non-purists can munch on a slice of the Extreme Veggie ($3.25), laden with greens like spinach, roasted peppers and even zucchini, or the Foo Foo ($3.25), which, goofy name aside, offers a distinctive, rich combo of sun-dried tomatoes and artichoke hearts, layered on mounds of feta.
