They needn't have. Utopia's mainstay scrambles ($7.95) are still bursting with all things tasty, like the chorizo-laden Baja and the perennial partnering of bacon, avocado and tomato in the Bacavo. The sautéed potatoes remain herby and crusty, and the pancakes ($4.95 for a short stack) still make a fluffy, syrup-soaked, edible security blanket. (BP)
