Dish Review

This tough-to-find flu-fighter on the edge of downtown specializes in Taiwanese DIY dining: you get a burner, a pot of broth bubbling away on top, and a selection of items to cook in it ($7.95 lunch, $13.95 dinner). Frozen, wafer-thin slices of meat, including beef, lamb and pork, marinated chicken, meat balls and fish cakes sit next to a variety of leafy greens, herbs and noodles on the ingredient bar. Take your pick, load up on the dizzying array of condiments to build your dipping sauce and boil away! (BP)
