Beer-centric Bailey's is the coffee shop of bars—get in, get a pint, chat, get out. The industrial-chic decor and windows lined with beer bottles are nice enough, and the sleek wraparound bar serves up local cheese, chocolate and olive plates, but that's as much fuss as you'll get. Tables are small and seating is cozy, and you'll find more than 20 Pacific Northwest drafts rotating through the taps along with an impressive bottle list. A sample tray of five 5-ounce tasters runs $7. Try the Six Rivers Raspberry Lambric or the Walking Man Saison DuPed—a clean crisp beer that goes down smoothly.
