[BOOZE] The most adventurous of Portland's young craft distilleries also has the best tasting room, a fragrant beige-hued bar decorated with barrels and racks of House's signature labels—Aviation Gin, Krogstad Aquavit, Medoyeff vodka—and limited releases of rum, ouzo and whiskey in medicinal-looking bottles. Starting June 1, House will offer barware, bitters and books in addition to the booze.
